Selection
Our team reviews applications for talent, grit, and potential. We look beyond grades.
Mentor Matching
Selected fellows are carefully matched with mentors aligned to their goals and interests.
12-Month Fellowship
Monthly mentoring sessions, goal tracking, exposure opportunities, and community support.
Growth & Impact
Fellows build real skills, expand their networks, and become leaders in their communities.
Year 1 Pilot
A small cohort.
A serious commitment.
The first cohort is deliberately small — 10 fellows, 10 mentors. This allows Project108 to build deep relationships, track real outcomes, and refine the fellowship model before scaling.
